Violet Skye Zepeda is an aspiring artist, born in Dallas and being raised in Plano, Texas. She is seven years old and is a first grader in the Plano Independent School District.
Violet is actively involved in her elementary school’s art class, and she is a 4th semester member of The Art Experience, after school program. Her favorite subjects in school include Art, Math, and Science.
Violet hopes to one day be an artist, zoo keeper, and doctor for humans.
Violet is inspired by her combined Mexican and Czech cultures. She enjoys attending cultural festivals, traveling with her family, seeing musical plays, ice skating, playing soccer with her friends, and riding her bike!
Violet also loves her fur-family Maggie, Cali, Bolt, and Storm – and misses Honey, Elvis, and Apollo who run freely over the Rainbow Bridge.
Violet is very excited to work in her own studio/gallery and is looking forward to making more of her creations with her little brother, Everett, and mom and dad at the Goldmark Cultural Center.
Violet hopes to participate in various workshops and classes, as well as meet other resident artists helping her learn more about her own creative ability.
