Call for Entries: The Wee Teeny Tiny Mini Itsy Bitsy Art Show, 2026
EXHIBITION VENUE: Norman Brown Gallery (Goldmark Cultural Center, Building 14001)
EXHIBITION DATES: January 12, 2026 - February 7, 2026
ARTWORK DELIVERY DEADLINE: Deliver artwork to Goldmark Cultural Center staff from now until 5:00pm on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Toward the end of December, we will also set up a 24/7 artwork drop-off area in the Brown Gallery, in case you are not able to meet with staff during regular hours.
INSTALL DAY: Thursday, January 8, 2026, starting 11:00am - volunteers welcomed!
DEINSTALL DAY: Artwork must be removed and picked up by the artist on Saturday, February 7, 2026
EXHIBITION RECEPTION: still TBD. at the Norman Brown Gallery (14001 Goldmark Dr, Dallas TX 75240)
SCALE and DIMENSIONS: This will be an exhibition of small, miniature scale artworks. Artworks should be no larger than 6 inches in any direction. In other words, each artwork should be small enough to fit inside a square/cube Kleenex tissue box. Goldmark Gallery Committee members reserve the right to exclude from the exhibition any artworks that do not meet the size/scale guidelines.
MEDIA: All art media is accepted, including 2D and 3D works. Artwork that will be installed on the wall must be prepared with a hanging system that securely attaches the work to the wall. Goldmark Gallery Committee members reserve the right to exclude any artworks that are delivered in an unstable condition or delivered without hanging hardware.
NUMBER OF WORKS: Up to five (5) artworks may be submitted by each artist.
PRICING: Each artwork must be available to purchase at a price of $200 or less. Artwork that is not for sale (NSF) may not be submitted.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to all Goldmark artists and friends, including participants in our Thursday community art group. You are welcome to share this call for entry with friends.
ARTWORK LABELS and FORMS: Artist must fill out and print the standardized artwork label for each artwork submitted (1 label per artwork). Artist must fill out and sign a release form on or before the installation day.
ENTRY IS FREE. There is a 20% commission collected on all sales of artwork from the exhibition, for Goldmark artists and friends. Collected commissions will go to our International Artist Residency fund.
Goldmark Cultural Center does not provide insurance for artwork. Artist is solely responsible for delivering and picking up artwork at the gallery.
