Join us this Saturday for our first movie night in the community garden! It took all summer to come up with a good setup for outdoor projection, but it's now ready and we are excited to try it out!

The featured film for Saturday is "The Mystery of Picasso", a 1956 documentary that features Pablo Picasso painting with special bleed-through inks, so all his brush strokes are captured in real-time by a camera aimed at the back of his canvas. Picasso destroyed all of the artworks he produced during the making of this film, so the film is the only surviving record of these pieces.

The film is 75 minutes long and does not have a strong narrative structure, so you can just drop in and drop out at any point if you can't stay for the whole thing.
