Sarah Heng

Dallas-based artist, Reiki practitioner, and certified 200-hour meditation teacher, Sarah Heng brings over 20 years of experience behind the chair into a multidisciplinary creative practice. As the daughter of genocide survivors, her work is rooted in transforming dense emotional landscapes, often using anger as an anchor, into vivid, color-driven storytelling. Through emotional color mapping and immersive, playful environments, she creates spaces for support, reflection, and inner child exploration.
