Art Studio Space Rental

The Goldmark Cultural Center offers a variety of private art studio spaces starting at a subsidized rental rate of $275 per month for 100 sq ft, utilities included, at our two 2-story buildings at 13999 and 14001 Goldmark Drive. Not all artists qualify for subsidized rental rates.
Artists receive their own sets of keys to the building and their own spaces, so they enjoy uninhibited access to their studios on a 24/7 basis. Some spaces can be shared by multiple artists (ie studio/roommates) to defray costs.
A wide selection of spaces on both floors of 13999 and 14001 Goldmark Drive are available for studio space rental, encompassing a variety of layouts and sizes. Many spaces feature floor to ceiling exterior windows and hallway-facing display windows. All spaces have bare concrete, vinyl, or laminate floors.
Restrooms are located on each floor and provide utility-style sinks for common use. Access between floors is provided by spacious stairwells.
Several studio spaces also come with sinks of various styles installed.
An outdoor workspace exclusively accessible to Goldmark artists is also available onsite for 24/7 use. The outdoor workspace is furnished with an outdoor sink and hose, numerous 120V weatherproof electrical outlets, a small ceramic kiln and drying rack, and plenty of shade, making it an ideal space for all kinds of processes and projects that are better suited for the outdoors.
Are you a current art student or recent art graduate?
We are now offering a streamlined, reduced-fee application process to art students or recent art graduates who are looking for studio workspace. To be eligible for the reduced-fee application process, please provide some proof of your student status (eg, student ID, transcript, current course enrollment/registration, etc).
