One of the biggest challenges for artists in any medium is the question of price for original artwork that is available for purchase. We will be discussing common questions like:

Is there a benchmark rate for certain types and sizes of artwork? What impact does pricing have on sales? What metrics and factors should you be using to determine your prices? Should your pricing change over the course of your career as an artist? How is pricing impacted by gallery representation? How should pricing be determined for editioned runs and commissions? Is it ever appropriate to offer discounted pricing to certain buyers? Should you change your pricing for certain events and venues?
